The hotel of choice in Lancaster. Plenty of splendid food at breakfast time. The pool area was lovely too. Magnificent location in Forest of Bowland, good for visiting Lancaster. And not far from a pond, restaurant and anywhere.

I loved the outdoor hot tub. It was a fantastic experience, especially on a chilly evening. The spacious room provided plenty of comfort. Relaxing by the big open fire in the bar area was a highlight of my stay. Breakfast had a great variety, but I wished for more options for diairy-free choices. The staff were consistently friendly and very accommodating. I had some issues with the air conditioning not working well in my room. There was a broken toilet roll holder in the bathroom that should have been fixed before arrival. Despite these small setbacks, the overall atmosphere felt cute and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is a great piece of art being among nature and across from Lancaster University. At the same time, it is very near to a bus station where we can directly go to the city center. It is a good luxury, relaxing and friendly hotel to stay in.
